We want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, PAVOI offers a seamless 60-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print immediately.
Package Your Items
Securely place the jewelry in its original PAVOI box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping mailer.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
